Terms of service
General+ I will not draw anything that involves: Scat / Bathroom play | Vore | Inflation | Lolicon/Shotacon | Death/Snuff NSFW | Heavy amounts of Gore | Mecha (I have no practice there, sorry. :c)+ Furries/Anthro and Animals/Creatures are something I am still practicing, so if you are aware of that and okay with your commissions being used as practice pieces, I am willing to do SFW and NSFW (no feral though).+ Nasty or inappropriate behavior will never be tolerated by myself or my manager, thus if you have an ongoing commission I will not hesitate to cancel it immediately whether money has been paid or not.+ Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.+ If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Please make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for. This is why the sketching phase exists, so that I can change anything before payment is made.+ I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission if the client fails to follow these guidelines.+ I can add or subtract any of these rules within the TOS as I please. Furthermore, anything here can be discussed if there are questions, comments or concerns.Payment+ We only accept USD currency through Paypal.+ Payment will be accepted in full once the client is pleased with the sketching phase. (Making sure the pose, scene, details, etc are correct and to the client's liking.)+ All prices in the pricing section are base starting/minimum prices, depending on the complexity of the piece/character design, my manager and I will negotiate a price that is fair for both parties.+ I as the artist reserve the right to increase or decrease my prices at any given notice on this carrd. (Of course this does not apply to commission forms submitted and approved / a commission that has already been paid for before or after any changes have been made.)Copyright / Usage+ The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.+ Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.+ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.+ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.Process / Wait Times+ WIP's (Work in progresses) will be sent out when available, especially during the sketching phase of the piece, to make sure that the customer is 100% happy.+ Depending on the complexity of the piece and how busy my IRL can be (I have a wife and child, so things can get rather busy at times, coupled with mental health troubles) the time can range between 1 week to 3+ months. However I do my best to give updates or maintain some sort of communication.+ Commission slots come as a "first come first serve" basis, however depending on wait times between communication, complexity or simplicity of pieces, I will work on the easiest/fastest piece first to get that out while working on the more complicated one in-between, so times may vary from one piece to another.Canceling / Refunding Policy+ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.+ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from my manager or I under any circumstances after payment is received. There are no refunds.+ If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. However you will not receive the rights to the sketch that has been made, and any attempts to use/keep it for your own will result in you being put on a blacklist, while we reserve the right to spread your name to raise awareness of your actions/behavior to other artists.Privacy+ I would preferably like to use commission pieces within my portfolio as I don't do a lot of work for myself; however if you do not wish to have your picture displayed, please just let my manager know when you place your order. Q&A
Q: You said you don't do Heavy Gore, does this mean you refuse all Gore or bloody commissions?A: Nope! I just don't want to do anything incredibly grotesque; I'm fine with blood completely and basic gore, like body parts and innards; but very descriptive/disturbing pieces I would like to avoid. If anything just ask and we will politely give you a yes or a no.Q: What is the difference between "Doodle" and "Sketch" for the chibi's?A: Examples of the "doodle" style are the icons for the sections on the front page, and the white haired cat girl in the gallery! I honestly don't know what to label the style aside from either "simple" or "doodles".Q: I didn't really like the sketch, but I feel bad and don't want to make you do a bunch of sketches...A: Don't worry, I'd feel worse if I gave you something you weren't 100% happy with. I don't mind going over the skethching phase as many times as needed to make sure you are fully happy with where the piece is going!! That is why I have this phase, I want to make sure that everything is to your liking before I move onto the final phases; plus I don't like to charge extra for changes after payment if I can help it!Q: I want you to draw my OC, but I don't have any reference images, is that okay?A: Yes! However, I'm much better with visuals than descriptions, so the more reference photos you can send to me, the better I can try to convey the ideas you have!Q: Do you do fetish art?A: No, but if the price is right and depending on what it is, I'm willing to work out a price. Just expect it to be ridiculously high.
